Triomatic Marketing is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency working with businesses across Pakistan, the UAE, the UK and the USA. In Pakistan we work with firms in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, and with Pakistani agencies, software houses and professional-services firms whose clients are overseas.

We handle the full growth engine rather than a single channel: search engine optimisation, Meta and Google advertising, website design and development, AI automation, email marketing, branding, conversion rate optimisation and analytics. Every channel is tied back to one number — enquiries — because that is the only number that pays anyone's salary.

Pricing starts at PKR 125,000 per month and is published in full on this page. There are no long-term contracts. Over 90% of our clients stay with us.

What makes us different in this market is not that we are cheaper. It is that we measure. Most digital marketing spend in Pakistan cannot be traced to a result, and that is a fixable problem.

Who we work with in Pakistan

We are not a fit for everyone, so it is worth being clear.

We work well with: established businesses doing real revenue that want more enquiries and can service them. Professional services — accounting practices, law firms, consultancies, clinics. Real estate and property. Education and training providers. Software houses and agencies selling to overseas clients. B2B firms with a considered sale.

We are not the right choice for: businesses looking for the cheapest possible social media posting. That work exists in Pakistan from PKR 15,000 a month and there are people who will do it well at that price. It is not what we do, and pretending otherwise wastes everybody's time.

What we do

Nine services. Most clients start with two or three, not all nine.

Search engine optimisation — getting found by people already searching for what you sell. Technical fixes, content, local search, and increasingly making sure AI assistants can find and cite you.

Meta and Google advertising — campaigns built around cost per enquiry, not impressions or engagement. Ad spend is billed by the platform, separately from our fee.

Website design and development — fast sites built to convert, not to win design awards.

AI integrations and automation — the systems that answer enquiries instantly, onboard clients and follow up automatically. Detail on our AI automation in Pakistan page.

Social media management — content with a job to do, tied to the funnel rather than posted to fill a calendar.

Email and lifecycle marketing — nurture and reactivation sequences. Consistently the highest-return channel and consistently the most neglected.

Branding and brand strategy — positioning and identity, for firms that look the same as their competitors.

Conversion rate optimisation — getting more from the traffic you already have before spending more to get new traffic.

Analytics and insights — tracking that connects spend to revenue. In Pakistan this is often the first thing we fix.

Our specialism: accounting and professional-services firms

Most of our deep experience is with accounting and CPA firms in the UK and USA. We have written extensively about marketing for accounting practices and it remains the sector we know best.

That matters in Pakistan for two reasons. If you are an accounting or professional-services firm here, we already understand your sale — long consideration, trust-led, referral-heavy, and hard to advertise your way out of. And if you are a Pakistani firm servicing UK or US clients in that sector, we know both ends of that relationship.

Why digital marketing in Pakistan usually disappoints

Businesses here are not underspending. Many are spending steadily and getting very little back. Four reasons come up again and again.

Almost nothing is measured. Money goes into boosted posts. Enquiries arrive in DMs. Nobody can say which spend produced which client. Without that link, every decision about next month's budget is a guess, and the guesses tend to favour whatever felt busy rather than whatever worked.

"Boosting" is treated as advertising. Boosting a post is the simplest thing Meta offers and the least effective. It optimises for engagement — likes and comments — which is not what you are trying to buy. A properly structured campaign optimising for enquiries usually costs the same and performs several times better.

Agency churn. The typical cycle here is three to six months with an agency, no clear result, switch to a cheaper one, repeat. SEO in particular does not survive this — it compounds, and restarting the clock every six months means never getting the payoff. Some of that is on the agencies. Some of it is on unclear expectations at the start.

Follow-up is manual and it collapses. Low ad costs mean high enquiry volume. High enquiry volume plus manual follow-up means most enquiries never get a second contact. Firms conclude the leads were poor quality. Usually the leads were fine and the follow-up was not there.

We would rather tell you this before you hire us than after.

Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad

Lahore

Lahore has the deepest agency market in Pakistan and the widest quality range — from serious operations to a freelancer with a laptop and a template. It is also the most competitive local search market in the country. If you are a Lahore business, ranking for "[your service] in Lahore" is a genuine, ongoing contest rather than something you win once.

What tends to move the needle here: a properly optimised Google Business Profile with real reviews, local landing pages that are actually about Lahore rather than a template with the city name pasted in, and paid search on high-intent terms while the organic work matures.

Karachi

Karachi is the commercial centre, the largest market by volume, and the one where B2B and industrial sales matter most. Buyers here are frequently other businesses rather than consumers, which changes the channel mix — LinkedIn and search carry more weight than Instagram, the sales cycle is longer, and the value of a single client is high enough to justify patient work.

For Karachi clients we usually weight toward search, LinkedIn and a properly built nurture sequence, rather than high-volume social.

Islamabad

Islamabad skews toward government-adjacent work, consultancies, education, healthcare and IT services. Volumes are smaller than Karachi or Lahore, competition in local search is lighter, and credibility signals matter disproportionately — buyers here check you out carefully before making contact.

That makes Islamabad one of the better markets in Pakistan for SEO and content, because there is less competition for the same intent and the sale rewards looking substantial.

For Pakistani firms selling to clients overseas

If your clients are in the UK, the USA or the Gulf, you are running a different business to your neighbours, and the marketing should reflect that.

You are competing against UK and US suppliers on credibility, not price — your price advantage is already obvious and it is not what wins the work. What wins is looking like a firm that will still be there in two years: a site that reads like your clients' market, proof that survives scrutiny, and a response time that closes the timezone gap.

That last point is worth dwelling on. A London enquiry at 4pm arrives at 9pm in Lahore. Left overnight, it is a day old and cold by morning. This single gap loses more overseas work for Pakistani firms than any pricing or quality issue, and it is entirely fixable with automation.

We know this market from both sides — we are based in Dubai selling into the UK and the USA. For overseas-facing work we typically quote in US dollars rather than rupees, since that is how you earn and how your clients benchmark.

How we work

No long-term contracts. Monthly. Cancel with notice.

One number. We report on enquiries and what they cost. Impressions, reach and engagement are diagnostics, not results.

Published pricing. Below, in rupees. You should not have to sit through a call to find out whether you can afford us.

A named person. You deal with the founders, not an account manager relaying messages.

Honest timelines. Paid advertising can produce enquiries in the first month. SEO takes three to six months to show meaningfully and twelve to compound. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is either misunderstanding or misleading you.

Starter — speed-to-lead automation, foundational SEO, Google Business Profile, monthly reporting.

Growth — everything in Starter, plus ongoing SEO and content, paid ads management, onboarding and nurture automation, monthly strategy call.

Full engine — everything in Growth, plus website design and development, email and lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimisation, branding support and priority response.

The one-off build fee applies where we are building automation systems, and covers the setup work. Advertising spend is billed by Meta or Google directly and does not come to us.

For context: full-service retainers in Pakistan typically run from PKR 150,000 to PKR 500,000 a month. We sit deliberately just below that range.

Common questions

How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Pakistan?

Full-service retainers in Pakistan typically run PKR 150,000 to 500,000 per month, with single-channel work from around PKR 30,000. Our pricing starts at PKR 125,000 per month and is published in full above. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the platform.

Do you work with businesses outside Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad?

Yes. Delivery is remote, so we work with businesses anywhere in Pakistan. Those three cities simply account for most of the demand.

How long before I see results?

Paid advertising can produce enquiries within the first month. SEO typically takes three to six months to show meaningful movement and around twelve to compound properly. We will give you a realistic timeline for your specific situation on the call rather than a generic promise.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. We work month to month and you can cancel with notice. Over 90% of our clients stay with us, which we would rather earn than enforce.

Are you based in Pakistan?

We are based in Dubai and work across Pakistan, the UAE, the UK and the USA. All delivery is remote. Being outside Pakistan is often useful for clients selling overseas, since we work in those markets daily.

Can you help if my clients are in the UK, USA or the Gulf?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We market to those countries every day for our own business. For overseas-facing work we usually quote in US dollars rather than rupees.

Where else we work

Alongside Pakistan, we run the same growth engine for firms in the UK and the USA: digital marketing for UK accountants and digital marketing for US CPA firms. Automation-first work in Pakistan is on our AI automation agency in Pakistan page.
