If you stop working with us, this is exactly what you take with you. Published so you can check it before the conversation, not during it.
Book a free 15-minute callBuyers are increasingly told to ask one question before hiring a marketing agency: “If I leave you in eighteen months, what do I actually take with me?” It is a good question, and a vague answer to it is a warning sign.
So rather than make you ask, here is our answer in writing.
Your domain. Registered in your name wherever possible. If we register it during a build, it is transferred to you at handover at no charge.
Your website. The design, the content, the code. We build on standard technology and hand over the files. There is no proprietary platform you must keep subscribing to in order to keep your site online.
Your analytics history. Google Analytics and Search Console are set up in accounts you own, with us added as users. When the work ends we are removed and every year of data stays with you.
Your advertising accounts. Google Ads and Meta accounts belong to you, not to an agency umbrella account. That matters more than most people realise: an ad account carries its own performance history, and starting again from zero is a real cost.
Your CRM and every lead in it. Contact records, conversation history, pipeline stages, notes. Exported in a standard format you can import anywhere.
Your phone numbers and call recordings. Numbers we set up for you are ported to you on request. Recordings and transcripts are your business records.
Your email list. Subscribers, segments and campaign history, exported in full.
Your automations, documented. The workflow logic and the message copy are written down and handed over. Where an automation runs inside a tool licensed in your name, it transfers with the account. Where it runs on our tooling, we document it fully so it can be rebuilt — and we tell you which is which before we build it, not after.
Some agencies claim you own everything, and it is not always true. Automations frequently run inside the agency’s own subscriptions. When you leave, the workflow stops and the documentation does not exist.
Our position is simply to be straight about it. Anything built inside a tool licensed to you transfers with that tool. Anything running on our licences is documented in enough detail to be rebuilt by someone else, and we will tell you at the design stage which category each piece falls into.
You should ask any agency the same question, and be sceptical of one that answers too quickly.
Starter is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no notice period.
Growth and Full engine run a three-month initial term, then month-to-month. Three months is the shortest honest window for the deeper build work to show whether it is working — it is not a lock-in, and after it you can leave with a month’s notice.
The build fee is one-off in every case. There is no exit fee and no charge for handover.
Advertising spend is billed to you directly by Google or Meta. It never passes through us, so there is nothing to reconcile and nothing to unwind.
Partly because it is the right way to work. Mostly because we would rather keep a client who could leave easily than hold one who cannot.
If the work is not producing anything, a notice period does not fix that — it just delays the conversation. We would rather have the conversation.
You can see how we think about the work itself on our marketing agency for accountants in the UK and AI automation pages, or read what clients have said on our testimonials page.
Yes. The domain, the site itself and all of its content are yours. We hand over the files and transfer the hosting to an account in your name. There is no proprietary platform you have to keep paying for to keep your site online.
You do. We ask clients to create their own Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console accounts and grant us access, rather than the other way round. That means the history stays with you and we simply lose access when the work ends.
It is yours and it always was. We export the full CRM including contact records, conversation history and pipeline stages in a standard format you can import elsewhere.
The logic, the message copy and the workflow design are documented and handed over. Where an automation runs inside a tool licensed to you, it transfers with the account. Where it runs on our own tooling, we document exactly how it works so it can be rebuilt, and we will say which is which before we build anything.
