An AI automation agency builds the systems that handle the repetitive parts of your business without a person doing them: answering every enquiry the moment it arrives, onboarding new clients, following up with people who went quiet, and reporting on what happened. Triomatic Marketing is a Dubai-based agency working with businesses across Pakistan, the UAE, the UK and the USA. In Pakistan we work with firms in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad — and with Pakistani agencies, software houses and professional-services firms selling to clients overseas.

We build four systems: speed-to-lead reply, client onboarding, nurture and reactivation, and automated reporting. Pricing starts at PKR 125,000 per month plus a one-off build fee, published openly on this page. No long-term contracts. Over 90% of our clients stay with us.

The problem we solve is simple. Most Pakistani businesses do not lose enquiries because they are bad at sales. They lose them because nobody replied fast enough. This page is about automation specifically; for the full picture see our digital marketing agency in Pakistan page.

What an AI automation agency actually does

There is a lot of noise around this. Let us be plain about it.

We are not an AI consultancy. We do not deliver a strategy deck about how artificial intelligence will transform your industry. We are not a chatbot shop either — a bot bolted onto your website that answers three questions and annoys everyone is not automation.

What we do is take the specific things a person on your team currently does by hand, dozens of times a week, and build a system that does them instead. The enquiry that comes into your Instagram DMs at 11pm. The onboarding email that gets sent late because someone was busy. The follow-up on the quote from three weeks ago that nobody chased. It is the same core discipline as our wider AI integrations and automation service, applied to the Pakistani market.

Those are not strategy problems. They are plumbing problems. We do the plumbing.

The four systems we build first

Almost every business we work with in Pakistan needs these four, in this order.

1. Speed-to-lead

A new enquiry arrives — Instagram DM, WhatsApp, Facebook comment, website form, phone. Within sixty seconds it gets a real reply, the details are captured in one place, and you get a notification with everything you need to pick up the conversation.

This is the single highest-return automation we build. Not because the technology is clever, but because almost nobody does it, and the person who replies first usually wins. It is the same pattern behind how AI automation saves small businesses 20+ hours a month.

2. Client onboarding

Someone says yes. The system sends the welcome message, the agreement, the intake form, the payment link and the calendar invite — in order, on time, every time. Your team gets a clean handover instead of a scramble.

3. Nurture and reactivation

Most enquiries do not buy this month. Right now they disappear. The nurture system keeps in touch on a schedule — useful messages, not spam — and the reactivation system goes back to old enquiries and quotes that went cold. This is usually where the first unexpected revenue comes from, because you have already paid to generate those leads once.

4. Reporting

Where enquiries came from, what happened to each one, and what your ad spend actually produced. Sent to you automatically, on a schedule, without anyone building a spreadsheet.

Why Pakistani businesses lose enquiries

The Pakistani market has a specific shape, and it creates a specific problem.

Nearly everything runs through Meta. Facebook and Instagram carry most of the paid traffic and most of the enquiries. That means leads arrive as DMs and WhatsApp messages — not as neat form submissions into a CRM. They land in an inbox, mixed in with everything else, and they are handled by whoever happens to be looking.

Volume is high and conversion is low. Pakistani ad costs are low enough that a modest budget generates a lot of enquiries. That sounds like a good problem. It is not, if the follow-up is manual. Manual follow-up works at ten enquiries a week. It collapses at a hundred. Most businesses respond by hiring another person, which works until it does not.

Nothing is written down. Because it all happens in DMs, there is no record. You cannot tell which ad produced which client, which is why so much ad spend in Pakistan is unmeasured and why "boosting posts" survives as a strategy.

Automation fixes all three at once. Not by replacing your team — by making sure the enquiry is captured, answered and recorded before your team even sees it.

For Pakistani firms selling to clients overseas

If your clients are in the UK, the USA or the Gulf, you have a different version of the same problem, and it is worse.

A London enquiry that lands at 4pm UK time arrives at 9pm in Lahore. By the time someone opens it in the morning, it is a day old and your prospect has spoken to two other people. The timezone gap is not a minor inconvenience — for an exporting services business it is the main reason enquiries go cold.

This is exactly the gap automation covers. The system does not sleep, does not observe a weekend, and does not care that Karachi is five hours ahead of London and ten behind Los Angeles. Your prospect gets an immediate, competent reply. Your team picks it up when they are awake.

We work with this kind of firm often, because it is also our own situation — we are based in Dubai, serving clients across four countries and several timezones. The systems we sell are the systems we run.

For overseas-facing work we usually quote in US dollars rather than rupees, because that is how you are earning and how your clients benchmark you. Ask us on the call.

How a project runs

Week 1 — Audit. We map how enquiries actually reach you today and where they leak. Usually you find out something surprising in this week.

Week 2 — Design. We agree exactly what gets automated, what stays human, and what the messages say. Nothing gets built until you have signed off the words.

Weeks 3–4 — Build. We connect the systems you already use. You do not need to replace your CRM, your inbox or your phone.

Week 5 — Test. We run it against real enquiries with a human watching before it goes live on its own.

Ongoing — Run and improve. Monthly reporting and adjustments. Most systems get meaningfully better in the first three months as we see real data.

Typical time from start to a live speed-to-lead system: four to five weeks.

What it costs

We publish our prices. Most agencies in Pakistan do not, and we think that tells you something.

Full engine — everything in Growth, plus website design and development, email and lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimisation and branding support.

Advertising spend is billed separately by Meta or Google — it does not come to us.

No long-term contracts. Monthly, cancel with notice. We would rather keep clients because the work is good. Not sure where to start? Our free growth checklist is a good first step.

Common questions

How much does AI automation cost in Pakistan?

Our automation work starts at PKR 125,000 per month plus a one-off build fee of PKR 150,000. The build fee covers the setup work, which is front-loaded; the monthly covers running it, improving it and reporting. Full pricing is published above.

Do you work with businesses in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad?

Yes, and anywhere else in Pakistan. All of our delivery is remote, so location within the country makes no difference to what we can build or what it costs.

Can you automate WhatsApp and Instagram DM enquiries?

Yes. In Pakistan this is usually the first thing we build, because that is where most enquiries actually arrive. We connect WhatsApp Business and Meta's messaging so enquiries are captured, answered and recorded in one place.

Do I need an existing CRM?

No. If you have one we will connect to it. If you do not, we will set up something simple as part of the build. You do not need to buy expensive software before starting.

How long before I see results?

A speed-to-lead system is usually live in four to five weeks and starts affecting response times immediately. Revenue impact typically shows in the second or third month, once the nurture and reactivation systems have had time to work through your existing enquiry list.

Do you work with Pakistani businesses serving overseas clients?

Yes, and it is one of the situations where automation helps most. When your clients are in the UK, USA or the Gulf, the timezone gap is the main reason enquiries go cold. We usually quote this work in US dollars — ask on the call.
